Security screening is in progress at the 33rd District Court every day.
Individuals and their belongings (purses, bags, briefcases, etc...) entering
the
33rd District Court are subject to search.
Cell phones are not allowed
in the 33rd District Court unless you are a Police Officer or an attorney
with a valid Michigan Bar Card. You must leave your cell phone in your
vehicle while attending the 33rd District Court.
Cell phones found in the building will be confiscated
and may not be returned.
Other items that are not
allowed in 33rd District Court are:
Weapons of any kind, self-defense devices (pepper spray, mace, tasers, etc...),
knives, box cutters, scissors, and any other item that the 33rd District Court
deems prohibited.
Electronic devices are also prohibited in the court unless prior approval is obtained.
Any item that is prohibited in the 33rd District Court will be confiscated and may not be returned.
